CANCELLATION

POLICY

At least a 24-hour-notice is required if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment for any treatment, except for Corporate and Pamper Parties, for which we require a longer notice period (see below).

If you fail to show up for your appointment, you will be charged the value at full cost. If you are late for your appointment then your treatment time will be adjusted accordingly, or you may not have all the treatments that you have booked but you will be charged the full price. If part of a booking is cancelled or changed after arrival, the full cost of the treatment(s) as booked will remain payable, and any outstanding amount will be paid.

As I am unable to judge reasons for a change, cancellation or non-arrival, guests are reminded that no exceptions to these conditions will be made and that any booking made (verbal or written) forms a legally binding contract.

Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers are valid for as long as it states on each voucher from the purchase date and will not be accepted after the expiry date, with no exceptions. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or transferred. Late cancellation and "failure to show" terms as laid out above also apply to gift vouchers - which will be voided at the salon should you fail to give the required notice. Please check the required notice periods. Gift Vouchers are only redeemable for treatments and are not available for the purchase of sale items or workshops, courses or mediations groups.

Online Deals such as Facebook, Living Social or Groupon

These vouchers expire when stated on the deal with no exceptions.

Course of Sessions
  • We cannot refund you if you drop the sessions or if you fail to make it to your appointment or if you cancel/reschedule with less than 24-hour notice.

  • We will only be able to refund you in the case of city/country change, and we will need proof of the new address.

  • In the case of a health condition worsening and becoming a contraindication of massage, you will need to provide us with medical proof. If you are not able to do so, you will have to pass the remaining credit (if any) to someone else.
